The Irish office of Newlyn is the cornerstone of our international operations. Formed in 1992, it currently employs 50 staff in the areas of quantity surveying, contract and site management, and financial and property administration. In addition, we have 100 staff working on-site at our developments.


Our executive team is comprised of Robert Kehoe (managing director, with responsibility for general management, strategy and coordination), Christy Dowling (operations director) and George McGarry (site acquisition
and planning).


Our Irish team has fostered strong partnerships with both private and public entities. The largest example of our work in this area is our involvement in the €2 billion development of Bray Town Centre, as part of a consortium with other well-known private developers. We are also experienced in the provision of civic offices for State and local-authority bodies, developing Bray's €100 million Civic Centre. This involved working closely with tenants whose requirements were more specific and complex than those of a standard commercial environment.
